December 19, 2009

This was a busy, but very fun day! We attended Tommy's last basketball game and then the girls and I left directly from there to go see "The Nutcracker Ballet". It was a lot of fun, and the girls were enthralled the whole time (except Brooke, but she was a little young), hopefully this can become a tradition in our family. We love girls night out!

Tommy is an amazing basketball player. He seems such a natural at anything he does- This was his last game of the season and so got to mess around and have fun. He still did great! The video is a little long, but just goes to show that there is some natural talent at sports for this kid. Maybe his brother will be the same way!

Family gets together to celebrate the blessing of newest baby.

Mike and Emily Frazier asked friends and family to join them in celebrating the blessing of their new baby girl, Brooke Irene Frazier. Mike was full of emotion as he presented his beautiful baby girl. After the blessing, friends and family gathered together to share congratulations and enjoy hot soup and cocoa! What an appropriate refreshment since it was rather cold and snowy outside.
It was an event to remember...

And since we were all together (except Randy due to work-sorry Randy) Grammy wanted a picture with everybody, especially the grandkids. So here you are Grammy...

Family Happenings...

First I would like to say that there should be a photo or several but my silly computer wont let me so it'll have to wait. They were just of our cute Christmas tree and the kids decorating. Well the Christmas season is upon us, and we are super busy with school, church, friends, scouts and work. I look at my calendar and almost every day is filled, then add some random sickness into it it just makes it better right? My poor Savana has had a rough couple of days- she has an infection in her lymph nodes and parrodid (sp?) gland- its totally unusual, random and weird. She is hurting pretty bad but is being a tough girl. Hopefully this round of antibiotics actually does something and she can be her normal happy self. (The doctor asked her to say "Ahhh" so she did, then he said that she had a pretty singing voice-- She beamed from ear to ear- I think that made it a worthwhile trip to the doctor's office!) The other kids are healthy at the moment- knock on wood they stay that way- and busy asking for presents and trying to figure out what they are getting. I told them if they peeked I was returning the gifts- but we all know I'm a pushover so we'll see what happens. I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday season. More to post when I can!!

Amazing baby...

I had the awesome opportunity so take pictures of my sweet niece, Brooke (and her family) today! She was so amazing, she did fuss a little bit, but overall she was happy and content. She is gonna be a heart breaker when she gets big!

Little cowgirl in the making

A local Star...

Our local celebrity

Siera and her pre-school got a chance to be on TV! On our news channel 6 our weatherman does trivia questions and then he uses young kids to answer the questions. It's called Jr. Brainstormers. There is a different question every night and these kids get to be on TV every night this week! Siera is so cute...

A BUSY WEEKEND

This sure was a busy weekend for us. We started on Friday Nov. 6, when my parents and grandparents came into town. I sure love having them come to stay with us. The kids were so excited, and they are wondering when you will come back!!! Anyways, Saturday morning Nov.7 started with a baptism, then a party, then a basketball game (first of the season) and a tooth falling out! There was no rest for the weary because on Sunday Nov. 8th was Josh's birthday so there was another party that evening. I just want to say thank you to my friends and my family who have supported my family.

I also just want to tell the world how proud I am of my son, Tomas... He is a bright spot in my life. He sets such a good example to his siblings and to his friends. Everyone that knows him says nothing but praise and I get to brag that he is my son. I am proud of the choices he has made, and the commitment and dedication he has shown.  I don't think there could ever be a mother as proud as I am!! I love you Tommy.

As for the basketball game, it was a little crazy, unorganized and chaotic- but it was the first game and hopefully it will work itself out... but Tommy did play really well and scored 4 points!!  I'm thinking we need a basketball hoop so they (Josh and Tommy) can practice!

I am proud of my Nanny too- she was worried about losing her tooth, but Josh pulled it out and she didn't even cry! She earned a dollar from the tooth fairy- thanks to Papa she got her "first tooth" bonus! So she had to make a trip to the dollar store to make a purchase. She is now the proud owner of a stuffed puppy!

We had an amazing weekend. I am so glad to have so many people share it with us! Thanks to everyone who was here, and to those of you who wished that you were here too!

Happy Birthday Tommy

Tommy celebrated his 8th birthday this year... In order to accomidate his desire to be independent and have a good time with just his friends we agreed to take him and a few friends to the Blackfoot Pool! We had a great time, probably because we were the only ones there. What a celebration it was!

Ethan, Jesse and Devan were great swimming pals- so Thanks for coming to celebrate with us!

Here we all are with pizza, presents, pop and cake!

A New Addition

Brooke Irene Frazier
born October 23, 2009

Avery was so excited to become a big sister! She is more than happy to have Brooke around to love on and to hold.

In fact we are all a little excited to have Brooke around!

Costume Creations

Its Halloween again! Our favorite time of year. We had so much fun this year getting ready and anticipating this wonderful holiday. The kids got to pick their costumes and had so much fun trick or treating. I have to admit it gets better every year, and each year is TOTALLY different. But we walked all through our neighborhood, and just had a ball! So, I hope everyone had a good holiday- cuz we sure did!

I spy with my little eye... a cow!

Fall time is here again. We had a busy, crazy, and fun summer. Now we are still busy, and crazy the only thing that has changed is the weather. The kids are in school, doing well, and having fun. Every year with the pre-school we go to Swore Farms to the corn maze and pumpkin patch. There we pick out our pumpkins for Halloween. We love Halloween around here so decorating pumpkins is one of our favorite activities... More of that later- anyways here are some pics from the farm...

And another one...

And finally, another cute little cow- there were a lot there, I only captured the cutest ones!
