W I I

If anyone has ever tried to play the Wii with a toddler you know how much they like to try. Well, Timothy is no different. We came home from a birthday party and Savana had suggested that we play a family bowling game. We had just barely gotten in the house and put our coats away when Timothy said a new word... "BOWLING" "ME" and came running into the office and got a controller. So of course we set it up. He is just the cutest thing EVER, and this just proves it.

Enjoy the video (listen to Savana, she thinks she's funny)
Here is Siera bowling too. They are all pretty cute. When we first got the Wii, Siera was the toddler that wanted to do it herself, and now a year and a half later, she's getting pretty good at it. She one a few nights ago with a score of 163. Not bad for a 4yr old.
After the bowling tournament, we opted for boxing. Kids are AWESOME at this!

Proud Parent

Let me brag a little about my oldest boy. Yesterday was his 1st grade program. He and the rest of the first grade at Chubbuck Elementary School performed a variety of songs that took us through the entire school year, all that they have learned and what is to come in the last few months. There are four classes and 90 kids total, so it was a big group. They started with July and went from there. Each class would take a month, then they would sing together. Tommy's class sang "We are Thankful", "Fly, Fly, Witchy, Witchy Fly", "The months of the year" (they did the macarana- it was cute), and "Bunny Go Away".
Here's my bragging, HE WAS THE CUTEST ONE THERE!!! He sang all the songs, did all the actions and laughed everytime he looked at me.
Yes, I will admit, I was the parent in the crowd that is louder than everyone else- I'm proud of that.
I also have to admit even though I am a proud parent, I am a forgetful one. I forgot my camera- OOPS!! I know you can flog me later. But I just had to brag about Tommy for a second.

Cute kids are everywhere

I don't know if anybody has noticed, but there is an epidemic spreading throughout my neighborhood and probably yours too... There are cute kids everywhere!!!!! The other day I was tending my friends' kids (and all of the rest of the neighborhood decided to come too. At one point I had 12 kids in my downstairs, but that's not the kids I'm talking about)

At our house the rule stands- if you eat everything on your plate, whether you like it or not, you get dessert. In this case ICE CREAM CONES!

Not one single kid can resist that. I had to applaud them because it was something new and different, but they suffered through (they even liked it) so they could get their ice cream cone.

This is when the cuteness comes in. Did you ever notice that when you have two or more children around and they are trying to make each other laugh, they just have to top each other? (Don't feel left out, grown men do it too!)

Anyways, these cute kids- I don't know whose they are either =) got into a weird contest to see who could be the weirdest, or cutest, or messiest or all three, I'm still not so sure what it was. All I know is... It was a kodak moment!!

Check out his pinky!!! He's being such a gentleman-
1- There is Jadyn- who knows what she is doing but its cute.
2. Siera started the whole shove it in your mouth thing.
3. And finally Savana who I think was entering and starring in the messiest eater contest!!!
Who do you think won?

Cuddle Bug

Last night I was laying in bed and missing my husband and Siera came and cuddled in bed next to me. Here is the Conversation....
Me: I needed someone to cuddle with
Siera: That's why I woke up, I was thinking that you needed someone to cuddle with!

How lucky am I to be blessed with somone that knows what I need!!

Hands down, cutest kid EVER!!

If you have ever wanted to see the cutest little boy in the universe (i know, i'm prejudiced), here he is!

I think my favorite thing to see is on Sundays, Timothy sticks his little hands in his pockets and walks around. It is adorable!!

The thing that gets me, he just looks so grown up when he does it. And then he adds his grin or a full blown smile and it melts my heart.

Basketball

Its time again for sports in our family. This year Tommy had the opportunity to join JR. JAZZ! They meet every Saturday and have a little practice and then a game. So its nice for me because its only once a week, but still a lot of fun! There are 10 kids on his team and 4 of them are girls. His first game was last week, and he had SOOOOOO much fun. I think Josh was extremely excited about him playing basketball. We all were yelling and screaming- its a good thing Tommy couldn't hear us. He was running and did a good job dribbling and passing, he even made a BASKET!!! It was awesome. He is having so much fun, and that is what counts.

New and IMPROVED

I love to decorate and design. I love to rearrange furniture and try to make rooms look the best that they can. My dream, since moving to this house is to make the master bedroom a real grown-up, contemporary looking space. Well, my wonderful father-in-law, Gary, gave me for Christmas- A WALL!! Yes I know it sounds strange, but he and Josh built me a wall to seperate the bedroom from the closet area. After that it was all me. I was the one that taped and mudded the walls and corners and closet area, then we had ED come over to spray the texture on. Then I had to prime and paint, baseboards, lighting, bedding, accessories. If you ask me it has been awesome. Every little step got me closer to my grown-up, put together room. I was frustrated at times because it took longer than I thought, but I absolutely LOVE my new room. I still have some finishing touches, but the bulk of the project is finished. YEAH!!!!!!! So take a look and ENJOY cuz I certainly do.

My New and IMPROVED MASTER SUITE!!!

Here is a little insight into the project- and all the FUN we had!
