Too cute to pass up!!!
Hot Pink EVERYWHERE!!!
Ok, so if you know me at all you know that I LOVE to decorate and arrange furniture. You've seen pics of the boys room, and the family room, AND the office, now its time to show off the girls room. This is actually one of my favorite rooms. I love how pink and girly it is. So, I hung awesome curtains that I got for a grand total of $8, that gives them a reading nook, but they use it for many things. Then they have pink sheers, grand total $5, and the rods- donated. They got their comforters for Christmas 2 years ago, and I've been planning this room for several years. The only thing that we need to fix is the ceiling, but it works for now.

Southeast Idaho State Fair
We all love the time of year when the state fair comes around. Our family loves to go and see all the booths, see friends show their animals, get good deals on random things and the TIGER EARS! For anyone that hasn't had one they are indian fry bread about the size of a, well its HUGE, and its covered in butter and cinnamon sugar. OH its worth the clogged artery.
Our little Avery took a turn at the mechanical bull, she did so good until she went flying off, but it was a good 15 seconds. No one else would try it, we were all chickens!

One of the kids' favorite stop is the petting zoo. They get to get in there with the goats, and puppies, and pet the donkeys, llama, ostrich (ok just look at that one) and the potbelly piglets. Timbo loves animals, and was just pointing and screaming. He had a blast. They also had a little train, but Timbo fell asleep right as it was their turn so only the older three got to ride. Oh what fun at the fair.

Grammy loves to share the Tiger Ears with anyone. Siera was up to the challenge, and so cute about it too!

As we were making our rounds we came across a tractor pull for kids. Tommy signed up and pulled this tractor with 50 pounds in it. He was too busy looking at the competition and elsewhere that he didn't make it to the semi-final, but that's ok, he got a blue ribbon!!!

And this is what we all wish we could do at the end of the day, but only babies get to sleep through anything!!!!

I HATE STAIRS!!
So I will admit to all that I am clumsy. I have never been very graceful, and I really just go about things without really paying attention, so it was inevitable that I would fall and hurt myself. This last Saturday, I was cleaning the house and doing laundry- being a good wife- and as I was going down the stairs my slipper caught the stair and my ankle went forward with a pop, the laundry basket (with about 20lbs of clothes I might add) landed on my foot, I yelled in pain. Ok, I screamed and cried and threw a fit. Anyways, that brought the kids over to check on me and they too landed on my foot. So, being the big boy he is, Tommy took control of the situation. He called Josh and told him to come home cuz I fell and hurt myself.
Josh got home, carried me up the stairs and took me to the urgent care. 6 xrays and 3 hours later I was wheeled out of the urgent care with a snazzy boot for my ankle. Thankfully there was no noticeable break, but the doc said I had to wear the boot until they figured out if there was a small break. I'm guessing there wasn't cuz my foot feels lots better, and they never called.
I have NEVER sprained an ankle before, and I don't ever want to do it again. IT HURTS!!!
Ok, so I had to whine a little and let everyone know that I am the world's biggest clutz and that it was doing laundry that did it. Stinking laundry!!!!!
Its ok if you laugh- I am!!!
