Cutest Kids EVER!!
I know that every mother thinks that her kids are the cutest, BUT mine are! I promise. One of the reasons that I love to take so many pictures of my kids, then scrapbook them is so late at night I can look at the books and remember them when they were tiny. For some reason my kids think that they can grow up and get big. I told them they couldn't but as always, they don't listen to me! Well, I am proud of them no matter what, and I am grateful that I do have such wonderful kids. I am blessed to be their mother!

Great Story
I have a fantastic story to tell. This is well known among my family, but it has a new twist.
When Josh and I were first married, so a little over 9 years ago, we were playing Monopoly. It so happened that Josh was kicking my butt. He owned every property, I always got the bad "chance" and "community chest" cards- I was losing BIG TIME!! If you know me at all, you know that I don't lose well (I do better now since I have kids, but I didn't have kids at the time). After playing for what seemed like forever, I finally so upset and frustrated and I threw a fit. I don't mean pouting and storming off, I mean kicked the board, said a few "choice" words and threw an actual temper tantrum. I knew Josh was freaked out and wondering what he married. It turns out that I was banned from EVER playing that game again.
Fast forward 9 years... Out of pure boredom, and maybe some curiosity, we thought we would try to play Monopoly again- just to see if I could handle it. I had been forgiven and the Monopoly Gods had forgiven me!!! Not to rub it in or anything, because I have matured over these past 9 years, but...I KICKED BUTT!!!!!!!!!!!
All those things that I was describing about our first game, it was me. I owned all 4 railroads, 3/4 of the board and had HOTELS on all my properties. I don't know how much that is all worth, but then I had the CASH to boost my ego as well!!!
I told Josh that we had just switched places, and just to be safe we should probably wait another 9 years to play again!!!!! To be honest, Josh is a much better looser than I was. He took it very gracefully, even gave me a kiss to celebrate.
I know that I am not the best at losing, it turns out I'm not a good winner either- went straight for the camera to document my win, and then to the blog to tell the world- it's a wonder anyone plays any games with me:)
Pure Enjoyment!!!
Since the sun has decided to stay with us for a few days we decided it was time for the dogs to FINALLY get a bath. It was really hot yesterday and the water was COLD!! Zoey was not a big fan and kept trying to run away. The thing I love about Rocky is that he loves the water. He was trying to drink it while we were hosing him down and any time he got too wet he would shake and shake- all over me!! Josh ran and got the camera so you all could see how adorable he is, but pay close attention to the enjoyment this dog has on his face!!!
One hose to squirt water...$20.00
The look on Rocky's face...PRICELESS

Ready, set.... ACTION!!!
We all went to the Zoo on Saturday for opening day. We love the ducks, and to see all the cool animals we have. We were not expecting to see a TV reporter, but we did and then ended up on camera. So if you want to check out how cute Tommy is and how retarded I am click on the link, then the "video" button underneath!!

Go Eagles!!!
Today was the first day of spring soccer! Tommy's team name- The Eagles. It was beautiful weather, thank goodness, and the team did really well. Tommy and his friend Devan are on the same team and from the looks of it they are having a blast. A victory for the Eagles today, 2-0! I would say it was a good first game, with many more to come! Go Tommy!!!!!!

Happy Easter

Happy Easter (ok, I know it was a couple days ago- sorry for being a slacker)!!! We had so much fun this year. Saturday we dyed our easter eggs. The kids love to do this- they especially love the mess. Then on Easter morning the kids woke up and immediately set out on the search for the eggs. It only took about 5 minutes since there weren't that many eggs and they were just really good at finding them. The Easter bunny brought them all new Church clothes and some games and candy. We did enjoy this part, but we also took a little time to remember our Savior and all that He has done for us- for THAT is the true reason to celebrate!

Let's go fly a kite...
Thank you Grammy for the kites. It was finally a steady wind so Josh, Timothy and I thought we would try to fly a kite. So I grabbed the camera, Timbo grabbed his pistol and Josh grabbed the kite. Once we got out there the wind became sparatic, so it wasn't the most successful attempt, but Timothy thought it was hilarious every time the kite came crashing down.
