SLEDDING IN SODA

Timothy and his cousin, Samantha Shae, have birthdays 17 hours apart. So we get to party a LOT! This year we traveled to Soda Springs for some sledding fun. It was COLD!!! We met up with Jake and Natalie's family and had fun on the hill. The kids really had a good time, but the BOYS (Josh, Jake and Tommy) had a great time!

buddies... we all had so much fun together, but you just have a ton more fun when you are doing crazy things with a buddy!
Here are our buddies... Josh, Jake and Tommy.
Savana and Siera- joined at the coat!!

Timothy and Samantha-- Happy Birthday Kiddos!
Can we say...STUPIDITY!!!
Last year someone gave Josh a snowboard thing, with handlebars. We couldn't use it last year, but this year there was enough snow. So we tried it out!! OUCH! Well at least for me, I'm clutzy and have no balance when my feet are too close together. Again, the boys couldn't get off of it! They were a LOT better than me.

Isn't he cute!!!
Both of them?

This is what happens when you ride that thing!!

I sure love my husband. He is so adorable, and he even LET me take his picture!! I'm glad we were all together for this. Family things are fun, but they are just WAY better when Josh is there too!

By the way if you need a good laugh, make sure you watch these videos!!

A party? Did anyone say Party?

January 23, 2009- Timothy E. Hunter turns two years old! For breakfast he got muffins, with a candle! At first he was afraid of the flame, but he sure enjoyed it when Daddy blew it out! All day long we said "Happy Birthday Timbo" or "Who's birthday is it?" he would put his hand on his chest and say "ME". He knows when its a special day, he was even more spoiled than normal. I think he would love a birthday everyday!

We didn't have his party until sunday, the 25th so we could have our family here. It was small and simple, but lots of fun!!

(ME!!)

BALLS!! Very NICE!

I like to make cakes for my kids. I'm not the best at it, but they always at least taste good. Timothy is a ball fan, hence the soccer ball cake! I had a lot of fun making it too!

When it was time for the candle, this time he was ready!

Then he wanted to test out the frosting- BEFORE it got to his plate!

Its pretty cute, I think he touched, and tasted off EVERY piece!

I can't believe it!!

Wow! I can't believe he's TWO!!! I know it's supposed to be the "terrible" two's, but I just can't see that happening!! (i know i should probably get my brain checked- after three other kids you'd think i would know better) He is such a sweet little boy. Just the last couple of weeks his vocabulary has really improved. He's not saying full sentences, but he knows how to get what he wants. He's spoiled! I'm the one to blame though. I love my baby- excuse me, little boy. He is an angel sent to our family and he makes it complete. Its just hard to see him get bigger.

Two years ago, Siera just had a birthday, my girls were sick, Josh was working at the jail, and we had a pregnant lab. Cocoa- the dog- gave birth to 8 puppies the day before Timothy was born. Then I got sick, really sick, and it was tough, but well worth it. Happy Birthday Timbo!! We all love you.
Josh wanted to take the annual pictures this year- he did a pretty good job don't you think?

Timothy loves BALLS! Anytime, anywhere, and for anything- if you show him a ball, well say goodbye to Timbo for awhile. So of course the kids got him a soccer ball and football set. It was very popular!

(Caution- this is what happens when you try to take pictures too close to naptime!!)

The mullet makes a comeback

This is one of those embarrasing pictures that will creep up when Tommy grows up. This will be one of those pictures that he will want to hide and never let anyone see. I think the funniest part of this is that he wanted to keep the haircut!!!!
I was cutting his hair last night and I started at the top and was moving my way down and it ended up in a mullet and I couldn't stop laughing- I had to take the picture!! I still giggle when I see this picture.

Can you believe this haircut was EVER popular?
Finally a normal boy!! I knew he was in there somewhere!

Party Hardy

Well, this year Siera is really into girly things so she decided she wanted a Barbie cake. This is as close as it gets. It was kind of a Polly Pocket, butterfly theme. The kids played with balloons, ate cake and opened presents. At four years, all they want to do is play with the new toys so that's what they did. But overall, I think they all had a great time!

Every one LOVES cake and ice cream

Party Hardy with Trinity, Savana, Savannah, Siera and Tomas!!!

Check out those BOOTS!!

Siera has a best friend, his name is Andrew. Unfortunately he's a boy, so he couldn't come to her girl party (only girls were allowed). So on her birthday we met up at the mall for lunch and then let them play. These kids are so goofy, and fun. I'm glad they had a great time.

She's 4!!!

Happy Birthday Siera Rayne!! I can't believe you are four already. It seems as if time has just flown by. I remember bringing you home from the hospital and staying up nights with you. I remember the first time you smiled and it lit up my whole world. I remember your first steps, and worrying if you were ever going to talk- I guess I don't have to worry about that anymore!!! You are a joy to my world, and I am so grateful to be your mother. Happy Birthday little girl, I love you!!

Freezing Fun

So, the sun was out and we've been trapped in our house for days on end. We decided to go to the park. Alas, the sun was deceiving it was COLD!!! We trekked anyways. We played for about 15 minutes before our hands were freezing and our noses were red and runny. So we came home for some hot cocoa and cartoons!!! Gotta love winter!
